What a buyer sees

When you share a pack, the buyer opens an evidence room: no account, no attachments, and nothing out of date presented as current.

Only what has been signed off

A pack is built from your signed-off answers only. A question without a signed-off answer shows as a gap, never as a draft. Each answer shows who signed it off and when.

Checked each time it opens

Every time the buyer opens the room, it re-checks each sign-off and each evidence expiry. If an answer has changed since it was signed off, or a certificate has lapsed, the buyer is told, and so are you on the Packs page. The room also says plainly what it does not check: what the documents themselves say.

You decide what leaves

Only evidence you have marked as one buyers may see can be downloaded; anything else is listed as available on request. Each link lasts between 1 and 90 days, you can revoke it at once, and every opening and download is logged with its date. Rooms ask search engines not to index them and send no referrer.
