Accessibility statement for BidProof

This statement applies to the BidProof service at bidproof.co.uk, run by ThinkTribal Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. You should be able to change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings, zoom up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen, and use every page with a keyboard alone.

How accessible this service is

Every screen is tested automatically against WCAG 2.2 level AA with axe-core, and the test fails the build if any check fails. The last run, on 27 October 2026, found no failures on the sign-in, sign-up and accessibility pages, the organisation screens, the partner screens or the ThinkTribal console.

A scripted test also works through signing in, moving between pages, adding evidence and sending feedback with the keyboard alone, and checks that the focus ring shows on every control it reaches. Automated checks find only some problems. We have not yet tested the service with a screen reader, or by hand across every task, so we cannot yet say it fully meets WCAG 2.2 AA.

Feedback and contact information

If you find a problem, or need information in a different format, use Send feedback on any page once signed in, or email info@thinktribal.com. We will reply within 5 working days.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the accessibility regulations. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Compliance status

This service is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, because screen reader and full manual testing have not yet been done.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 27 October 2026. It is based on automated testing by ThinkTribal of every screen in the service. It will be reviewed when the manual test is done, and at least every 12 months.
